Creating Comics
The Comic Creation Process
Creation is a guided flow: you are not asked for a separate “title” first—your story prompt drives everything.
- Story setup — Prompt, language, art style, panel count, optional character and setting tags.
- Optional references — Add labeled reference images (crop in the editor) or skip.
- Story generation — Google Gemini produces a comic script and panel prompts.
- Script review — Edit captions and prompts before generating art.
- Panel art — Runware generates illustrations from the script.
- Read and share — Open your comic in the reader and share the link.
Tips for Great Comics
- Be descriptive in your story prompt; the AI uses it for both story and image direction
- Use reference images when you need a consistent face or object—add a clear one-line label for each
- Try different art styles from the preset list to match your tone
- Review and edit the generated script before panel art runs for best results
